AGL Website Uplift — Component Library

Defined and drove delivery of a reusable AEM component library — Teaser, Container, Hero Banner, Carousel, Micro-interactions, Feature Accordion and more — powering AGL's public website, shipped across two delivery waves.

• Owned the end-to-end component backlog for AGL's 'Leading Edge Website' (ALEW) uplift: led the shaping and definition of feature scope and out-of-scope boundaries, UI mock-up references, and T-shirt sizing for each component.
• Group 1 (Teasers, Promo Teaser, Container, Hero Banner uplift, Carousel): released across Q1–Q3 FY25.
• Group 2 (Micro-interaction animations, Anchored Links, Moving Image, Feature Carousel, Latest Article, Table, Article Teaser, Feature Accordion): delivered across Q4 FY25.
• Coordinated with UX/Figma design and engineering on accessibility (WCAG 2.0) requirements baked into every component, and aligned analytics/tracking needs with authoring-dialog requirements.
